We accept cheques, postal orders and all major debit / credit cards.

Each Quotation has an set up fee which is our cost for setting up and designing your website. A further annual fee is applicable which covers the maintenance, hosting and domain registrations. This yearly fee can be paid in full or by monthly standing order or using Pay Pal.

Please note: When paying for your web design we will make two charges:

Charge 1 - Set up and preparation Fee. This is the amount we charge for designing, preparing and getting your site online. This payment is a one off fee and we will send you an invoice. Once this payment has been received we will confirm your order.

Charge 2 - is a Annual Fee covering our fees for hosting, maintenance, search engine promotion and domain registration. We give our customers two options in paying this annual fee. 1) sending out a yearly invoice for a full years service, or 2) pay this fee monthly by standing order (as a estimate this is only usually between £4 - £60 a month.

Once we confirm a price for your project and send you a invoice and all the necessary paperwork this will be the actual quotation with no amendments being made on our part, unless you decide to use additional services provided by GVA Online Web Design.

On a final note: If large updates are required or additional web pages added we will only charge a set up fee and there is no additional monthly or annual charges applied to these extra services, unless mentioned through this website or via our promotional material. The hosting accounts we set up for all domains provides enough web space for all your images and web pages. The only exception in increasing your annual or monthly charges as mentioned in Charge 2 will be if we need to upgrade your web space, or additional domains are ordered through this. Notifications of additional charges are quoted for before you confirm acceptance.

We aim to have any site complete within 2 weeks of receiving all of your images, text and any other content applicable for your site. However, we are dedicated to ensuring you get a site that suits you, so we will provide you with unlimited revisions of designs until your are happy. Depending on the number of revisions, this will obviously add to the duration.

And! Like many service orientated businesses it depends on our current workload. Project times can be discussed at first contact.

Yes, we will give you a special web address where you will be able to view the current state of your site and give immediate feedback to help direct us to the perfect solution to you.

We are more than happy to upgrade any currently existing web-site, regardless of who made it initially. All web design packages includes free minor updates, larger ones are charged for at £15.00 per hour with £7.50 as an minimum fee for a half hours work.

No. All the prices shown on our site, and all the prices we quote you are the prices you pay. Unlike other companies we don't believe in cheating our customers by adding on costs to your purchases once you have decided to buy.

Yes we can arrange this. The cost for Flash Sites are extremely high due to the additional work involved. It can take between 40 - 50 hours to design a small flash site of just a few pages.  This alone would estimate an quotation of £1,400 - £2,000 depending on your requirements.

Yes! We can cater for International Web Sites for customers based outside the UK. Just follow the normal procedure when registering your interest with us and we will contact you via email. All communication for international customers are made through email and we only accept Pay Pal as an form of payment.

We prefer that you send us any graphics on floppy disk, on CD or by email in either jpeg or gif format. We can also scan photographs at your request. Just send us the photos with your order to be scanned and we will return them to you using registered post. For your protection it is advised to post any photographs using recorded delivery. Photos and images can also be emailed to us.

In order for us to complete your website we need everything that you require to go on your website, which includes all written text, promotional literature and special instructions.

Material can be sent to us on CD, Disk, Hard Copy (through the post) or email. We prefer to receive printed material and disk to be sent to us via the post.
